You've come to the right place! We have a Part-time Call Center Representative opportunity at our Port Jefferson Catering office store location.
(Hours are Wed/Saturday 12pm-8pm with one other 5 hour day per week) Summary The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing heavy phones with excellent customer service provided.
Resolving customer issues and complaints and assisting with general catering inquiries.
Responsibilities Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Frequently attend educational catering seminars provided by upper management to improve knowledge and performance levels.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Other duties and functions as assigned Requirements HS Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer support role with high volume calls Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively We offer an exciting benefits package to all FT-PT employees! Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
