Weekend Front Desk Receptionist Needed Part-Time o Supportive ManagementThe W Assisted Living Communities is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist.
We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate.
Candidate Must Be Able to Work Sundays & Mondays for two 12 hour shifts.
Flexible scheduling for shiftsJOB
Responsibilities:
Answering and routing phone callsGreeting visitors and staffPerform general office dutiesOversee the distributing of daily mail, packages and deliveriesMonitor supplies and maintain excel spreadsheet for inventory for the front area
Qualifications:
High school diploma; or equivalentOne to two years of experience in administrative/secretarial, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteInvestigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
