As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
You will greet patients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, present treatment plans, call insurance companies and collect/enter payments.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Assist patients with paperwork Maintain a clean and inviting environment Collect payments Verify insurances Qualifications Two or more years of dental experience as a receptionist REQUIRED Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service Strong work ethic and positive attitude Familiar with computers and phones Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
